Hiring an Ecommerce Manager for RestoSmile
Instagram Ads + Amazon + Website + All Ecommerce in One Person
What This Person Must Handle
Your ecommerce person needs to manage three connected pillars:
Pillar 1 Instagram Ads Running paid ads, targeting the right audience, tracking what is working, and optimizing spend so you get maximum sales per rupee spent.
Pillar 2 Amazon plus all E-commerce Platform Listing your product correctly, managing availability and stock, running Amazon Sponsored Ads, handling ratings and reviews, and ensuring your product ranks well when someone searches for toothpaste or whitening paste.
Pillar 3 Website + All Platform Linking Managing your own brand website, ensuring the content on Instagram, Amazon, and your website tells the same story, and connecting everything so a customer who sees your Instagram ad can buy from Amazon or your website without confusion.
Qualities and Skills to Look For
Core ecommerce skills: Hands-on experience running Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns including setting up Ad Manager, choosing audiences, setting budgets, reading analytics, and A/B testing creatives. They should not just "boost" posts they must know how to run proper campaigns.
Amazon and E-commerce Platform expertise: They must know how to create and optimise product listings title, bullet points, backend keywords, images, A+ content. Running Amazon PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns is important. Understanding how Amazon's algorithm ranks products is a must. Experience with seller central is non-negotiable.
Content coordination: They do not need to create content themselves but must understand what content works on each platform and coordinate with your content creator or influencer team to ensure the right material goes to the right place. Instagram needs short-form visual content. Amazon needs high-quality product images and a strong listing. Your website needs clear, trust-building pages.
Data-driven thinking: This person must be comfortable reading numbers Cost Per Click, Return on Ad Spend, Conversion Rate, Click Through Rate. If they cannot explain what these mean, they are not the right person.
Platform linking and basic tech understanding: They should understand how to connect Instagram Shop, Amazon store, and your website in a way that makes the customer journey seamless. Basic understanding of pixel tracking, UTM links, and Google Analytics is a strong advantage.

Compensation Structure
This role is structured as:
Fixed Salary + Performance Percentage Model

1.25L 1.75L per month (based on experience)
PLUS
5% 8% of incremental net profit (above defined baseline)
Performance payout quarterly.
