Role Summary
We are looking for an aggressive, performance-driven Influencer Growth Executive who will:
- Build and manage influencer campaigns (Delhi Pan India)
- Ensure habit-driven brand messaging
- Track performance beyond likes and views
- Connect digital activity with retail demand
- Protect brand positioning and legal-safe messaging
This role requires ownership, discipline, negotiation skill, and data focus.
Key Responsibilities
1 Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation
- Identify micro and mid influencers (10K250K followers)
- Shortlist based on audience relevance (2540 urban segment)
- Negotiate rates aggressively for ROI efficiency
- Maintain rate benchmarking sheet
2 Campaign Execution
- Ensure RestoSmile brand visibility in first 1 second of content
- Ensure messaging includes habit anchor (2 mins 2 times)
- Maintain legally safe claims (“helps in” format only)
- Approve scripts before posting
- Ensure on-time delivery
3 Performance Tracking (Very Important)
Track and report weekly:
- 3-second hold rate
- Average watch time
- Brand recall in comments
- Cost per engagement
- Content retention rate
Must create structured dashboard.
No vanity reporting allowed.
4 Retail Synchronization
- Coordinate weekly with sales team
- Check if influencer push increased shop inquiries
- Adjust content based on retailer feedback
5 Budget Control
- Manage monthly influencer budget responsibly
- Avoid overspending on trending but irrelevant creators
- Maintain ROI-first mindset
Required Skill Set
Must Have:
- 3–5 years experience in influencer marketing or performance campaigns
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excel/dashboard comfort
- Content evaluation ability
- Aggressive follow-up personality
- Clear understanding of digital metrics

KPIs (Performance Metrics)
Monthly KPIs will include:

- Budget discipline
- Retail demand correlation tracking
Bonus will be performance-linked.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: 66000 – 85000 (based on experience)
- Performance Incentive: 10–20% bonus based on KPI achievement
- Growth path: Regional Lead (Pan India Expansion Phase)
No commission-per-influencer model.
Performance must be ROI-based.
