Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Operations to oversee daily operational activities and serve as the first point of contact for client interactions. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth process execution while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
• Act as the first-level escalation and primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and client queries.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs.

• Coordinate with internal teams (technology, compliance, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
