Process Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting process risks across business and operational functions.
2. Prepare, review, and maintain process documents, SOPs, policies, risk registers, and control matrices.
3. Work closely with operations and technology teams to understand end-to-end processes and associated risks.
   
4. Support implementation and tracking of risk mitigation actions and process improvements.
5. Participate in internal reviews, audits, and control assessments to ensure process adherence and effectiveness.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation aligned with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong English communication and professional email writing skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory, with a strong focus on documentation and reporting.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to understand process flows and identify gaps or risks.
5. Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
