Life Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You’ll be part of a team dedicated to efficiently and fairly processing life insurance claims for our policyholders.

What you will do: This involves reviewing claim documentation, verifying information, and guiding claims through the approval process.

Key responsibility:

• Reviewing submitted claim documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verifying policy information and beneficiary details.
• Contacting claimants to gather additional information if needed.
• Following established claims processing procedures.

• Documenting all actions and decisions within the claims management system.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., underwriting) as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a claims processing role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
