Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff to the Founder, based in Jaipur with flexibility for remote work. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Founders vision. Responsibilities include assisting with decision-making, planning, managing priorities, preparing presentations or reports, overseeing special projects, and serving as a liaison between the Founder and internal or external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for growth, streamlining processes, and maintaining operational efficiency.
