This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor at Mesa School of Business located in Bengaluru.

Daily JTBD

• 
  Edit high-converting performance marketing videos for paid ads across platforms.
• Create engaging short-form brand content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
• Work with our brand & performance marketing team to repurpose raw footage into multiple cuts, optimized for different audiences

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in video editing (freelance/internship included)

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Eye for what performs on social (hooks, pacing, retention)
• Comfort working with feedback in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Basic understanding of aspect ratios, export settings, and file formats for various platforms
