Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit Life insurance agents as per plan
- Activate Life insurance agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity and drive sales through Agents.
- Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents
Salary Band: 2.5 LPA to 6LPA (Medical Insurance + incentives based on Performance)
Eligible criteria:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Must have an experience in any sales or Insurance sales or agency management
Proven record of achieving sales and performance targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
