Learning And Development Manager

Location: Dommasandra, Sarjapur, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and driving employee capability across Sales,

• CRM, Projects, Engineering, and Corporate functions. The role focuses on enhancing
• employee performance, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with
• organizational learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training calendars.
• Design and deliver behavioral, leadership, technical, and sales training programs.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Organize technical training on construction processes, quality, safety, RERA, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Drive sales capability development through product, negotiation, customer engagement, and closing skills training.
• Partner with business leaders to identify competency gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and publish training reports/MIS.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning initiatives, where applicable.
• Ensure completion of mandatory compliance and EHS training across corporate and project sites.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external learning partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Certification in Learning & Development or Training is an added advantage.

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Preferred experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC organizations.
