• ● Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable
• properties.
• ● Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
• ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• ● Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• ● Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
• ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ● Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• ● Proficient in handling client queries and delivering presentations.
• ● Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays).
• ● Own vehicle preferred.

Educational qualification:

• Any degree is preferred.
