Job Description
- As a Call Automation Developer at Nao Medical, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated call systems to elevate customer interaction and streamline communication processes. Your expertise in telephony systems, voice recognition, and software development will be key in creating efficient automation solutions. You will also have the opportunity to leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to build intelligent bots that automate repetitive tasks and enhance customer service workflows. Your innovative automation solutions may be recognized through an incentive program that rewards impactful contributions.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying RPA bots integrated with AI capabilities like natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms. You will automate various call center processes, collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement by implementing emerging AI technologies. Ensuring scalability, security, and compliance in your solution designs will be essential.
Moreover, you will be involved in developing and maintaining automated call systems that utilize voice recognition and telephony integration to enhance customer interaction. Rigorous testing, monitoring, and maintenance of RPA bots, AI models, and call automation solutions will be part of your routine. Continuously optimizing processes, updating existing solutions, and participating in the company's incentive program for automation innovation will be critical aspects of your role.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in RPA development. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#, familiarity with RPA tools and AI frameworks, and prior experience in a call center environment are preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent communication skills and the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.

Your schedule must accommodate night shifts during Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, you must have the necessary equipment and technology, including an up-to-date desktop or laptop computer, high-speed internet connection, functional headset with microphone, webcam, quiet workspace, and other specified requirements.
