Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance our schools branding and communication efforts. This role involves working closely with the administration, teachers, and marketing team to develop designs that support our educational goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Production: Create high-quality graphics for various platforms including print (brochures, posters, flyers), digital (website, social media), and multimedia (videos, animations).

Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Nalanda Vidyaniketan, ensuring consistency across all materials.

Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials that effectively communicate our schools values and achievements.

Publication Layout: Assist in the design and layout of school publications, including newsletters, annual reports, and event programs.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our materials current and engaging.

Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.

Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative design solutions.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design work.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
