Job Description
The Resource shall be responsible for end-to-end contract management lifecycle from drafting, reviewing, negotiating till facilitating the execution of the contracts and maintaining a management dashboard for the executed contracts on a weekly basis.
- The Resource shall be responsible for facilitating due diligences/title verifications for real estate transactions and actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Responsible for collaborating within the Legal Team in advising on a wide range of matters to providing day-to-day corporate and business law counselling based on legal research.
- The resource shall create an updated repository of latest legislations and court precedents impacting the business of NH.
- The resource will also work on legal practice standards initiative, and on planning and executing department processes, improvements and training.
