Role Overview:

As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, from business development and client relationship management to trade marketing and supply chain efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, marketing departments, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficient and compliant processes, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through effective promotions and campaigns.
• Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
