AI & Automation Engineer (3 Roles to build Workato Workflow Automation for Sales, Marketing, and G&A) – Hyderabad, India
The Opportunity
Nasuni is hiring 3 AI & Automation Engineers, one each focused on Sales, Marketing, and G&A, to join our Enterprise Business Systems team in Hyderabad.

You will work at the center of Nasunis next generation of automation, leveraging Workato, Agentic AI, LLMs, MCPs, and modern SaaS ecosystems, to help our business grow faster, operate smarter, and scale globally.
Primary Responsibilities
What Youll Do (All 3 Roles)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations, automations, and AI agents using Workato (including Agent Studio & Workato GO).
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, recipes, and agentic solutions.
• Partner with global teams and incorporate feedback effectively across time zones.
• Adhere to governance standards and engineering best practices.
• Recommend and implement process improvements aligned to enterprise architecture.
  

Role Specializations

• AI & Automation Engineer – Sales
  

Help automate and accelerate the revenue engine.
Build solutions that support Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, Tackle, Workspan, Zift, and more.
Ideal for someone who loves optimizing sales workflows, pipeline development, and data-driven forecasting.

• AI & Automation Engineer – Marketing
  

Empower Marketing with intelligent automation across HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6Sense (or similar), and modern MarTech ecosystems.
Perfect for someone excited about AI-powered pipeline generation, attribution, and marketing analytics.

• AI & Automation Engineer – G&A
  

Improve efficiency across HR, Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
Work with tools like Outlook, Zoom, Slack, Greenhouse, procurement/expense systems, and core corporate apps.
Great for someone who enjoys company-wide impact and cross-functional optimization.
What You Bring / Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering or related field, or similar work experience.
• 1 to 3+ Years in Workflow Automation or similar Enterprise SaaS AI Automation environments
• 3 to 5+ Years overall experience.
• Experience integrating and automating business systems that support Sales, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance and a good understanding of how the software is used by the business.
• Completed or Planning to complete Workato Foundations Level 1 & 2 + Workato Agentic AI Basics
• Workato Foundations Courses can be taken here: https://academy.workato.com/page/workato-foundations
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and using data object models and relational and non-relational databases, with a track record of delivering data integrations that reliably move and transform data between systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, MCPs, and AI-driven automation patterns
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of APIs, JSON formatting, and SQL for building and maintaining integrations.
• Skilled in Python, JavaScript, or Ruby, with additional OO languages (e.g., Java, C#) considered a plus for building AI automation systems.
• Experience with Ruby (Workatos core language) and proficiency in Python and JavaScript to build and extend automation connectors efficiently.
• Experience integrating modern SaaS platforms for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or HR Systems.
  

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Workato Agent Studio, Workato GO, and MCP servers
• Experience with other IPaas systems like Mulesoft, Boomi, or others is helpful.
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS (Ability to iterate quickly, meet deadlines, and release tools in agile sprints)
• Able to think critically and independently to make decisions and deliver high-quality code efficiently.
• Additional Workato AI certification
• Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Nasuni, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or similar systems is a plus.
