Senior Financial Analyst (Emirati)

HIRING | FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting within a project-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budgets, submissions and departmental requirements
• Prepare forecasts and analyse actuals vs. budget and prior periods
• Monitor OPEX & CAPEX, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis for funding and resource allocation
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations
• Support financial analysis of projects, initiatives and budget utilisation
• Work closely with Finance, project teams and stakeholders to improve forecasting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and reporting timelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting or financial analysis
• Government, infrastructure or project-based experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel & financial modelling skills
• ERP and Power BI experience preferred
• ACCA / CPA / CIMA / CFA is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
