Job Summary:

We are seeking Young Professionals to support media publicity and dissemination efforts of respective regional offices of PRESS INFORMATION BUREAU (PIB), Ministry of I & B, Govt. of India. Proficiency in English/Hindi and respective regional language is must. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with writing/translation of press releases/research documents, social media dissemination, analysis reports of media coverage, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write/Translate the press releases/research documents in the Regional Language along with the Graphics of the documents.
• Assist Research Unit in gathering and organizing data related to government programs and policies for the concerned Region.
• Compile and summarize official reports, press releases, and government statements related to Central Govt.
• Prepare feedback reports of media coverage for respective Region.
• Maintain up-to-date databases of policy documents and program details of the concerned Region.
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Assist in creating visual representations of policy trends and program impacts in the Regional Language.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mass Communication or Bachelors degree along with Diploma/Certificate in Mass Communication, or a relevant field
• Age : Between 25 - 35 Years
• 2+ years experience in media related work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
• Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills.
