Lead - HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-ownership leader to take on the role of Lead HR, acting as a strategic right hand to the leadership team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that goes beyond traditional HR, combining people leadership, culture-building, compliance, stakeholder management, and business operations. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to transform organizations, build strong systems from the ground up, and drive execution with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Key Result Areas / Objectives:

• Act as a true business partner to leadership, extending beyond HR into broader organisational execution
• Drive a performance-driven culture across the organisation - ensure every employee is KRA and goal-focused, through PMS, motivation, and counseling
• Bring a strategic mindset to identify and resolve management issues proactively
• Employee engagement, reconciling interpersonal differences, and grievance redressal
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives for continuous performance improvement
• Drive organisational restructuring and transformation initiatives
• Inculcate and embed the company's core culture and values throughout the organisation
• Sense underlying issues affecting employee performance and address them proactively
• Own end-to-end recruitment and sourcing with a proactive mindset, treating hiring as goal-oriented, outcome-driven function
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and processes

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 8 - 12 years, with a demonstrated fast-growth career trajectory
• Having work experience outside Gujarat is a plus
• Background from regional/domestic brands preferred
• Proven track record of having led or contributed to organizational transformation
• Strong execution mindset - practical know-how of getting things done on ground
• Proactive, energetic, and dynamic personality with high ownership
