Lead - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead HR Business partnering for the business units with end to end ownership of Employees from Hire to Retire.
• Support strategic workforce planning and implementation of projects focused on organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Strengthen employee engagement through structured feedback and action.
• Drive internal mobility and development of high-potential talent.
• Implement role enhancement, coaching, and development plans for identified high-potential employees.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development planning.
• Support field HR teams in maintaining workforce strength and hiring efficiency.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
