You’ll bring an understanding of technologies such as machine learning, hardware, software with experience in software engineering.Furthermore, you’ll need:Strong exposure in identifying, prioritising, and shaping AI use cases that improve customer experience, colleague productivity, operational efficiency, and risk managementExperience in translating business requirements into clear product features, user stories, technical requirements, and success metricsPartner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and resilient AI-enabled productsDrive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and prioritisation through delivery, adoption, and optimisationEnsure AI solutions comply with governance, security, regulatory, and data management requirementsAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective delivery
