Job Description

Join us as a Customer Service Analyst
  • Take on a new role, where youll be building relationships with our people, providing a seamless and positive experience
  • Youll be acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, answering their enquiries and identifying opportunities to help them with simple HR services
  • Join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where youll be able to further develop your customer service skills
  • We are offering this role at senior analyst level

What you''ll do


As a Customer Service Analyst, youll be providing outstanding service in every interaction with employees of the bank as you complete general HR requests. Well look to you to educate our people in the different ways to interact with HR, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
Youll also be:
  • Using effective questioning techniques to gather information to present accurate and fair solutions in-line with the banks policy and processes
  • Identifying the root cause of issues to effectively solve them
  • Maintaining an awareness of changes in policy, process and procedure to provide the best advice
  • Managing your personal workload and adapting to the HR team requirements
  • Using HR systems to accurately record and maintain customer records

The skills you''ll need

Were looking for someone with a background in delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to tailor your communication skills to liaise with a variety of customers. Youll work well in a fast-paced environment, and youll be able to work off your own initiative and as part of a team.
Youll also need:
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with strong overall computer skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively to deliver highquality work within set deadlines
  • Experienced in collaborating with teams across India and the UK, along with strong communication and candidate interaction skills
  • Knowledgeable in background verification processes and experienced in coordinating with suppliers
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
