Private Equity Associate - Real Estate

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our Real Estate investment team focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.

What you will do: Conduct market research, analyze investment proposals, and prepare investment recommendations.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and screen potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on target properties, including financial, legal, and environmental aspects.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, including valuation and risk assessment.
• Support the execution of investments, including deal structuring and closing.
  
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate investment or finance.
• Strong analytical skills, and knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
