EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will play a pivotal role in financial strategy, risk management, revenue optimization, and financial modelling for large-scale proposals. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing revenue leakage, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role demands a seasoned finance leader with 15-20+ years of experience in the FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Strong expertise in financial modeling for proposals, business cases, and investment planning.
- Revenue Leakage Prevention: Ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and revenue risks, ensuring maximized profitability.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based financial planning.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of RBI, SEBI, IFRS, Ind-AS, and other financial regulations.

- Risk Management & Internal Controls: Ensuring financial governance, internal audits, and fraud prevention.
- Tech-Driven Financial Leadership: Knowledge of financial automation, ERP systems, AI in finance, and data analytics.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, working with CXOs, investors, and regulators.
MANDATORY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
1. Financial Modeling & Business Proposals
- Develop and implement robust financial models for business proposals, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost-benefit studies, and valuation modeling.
2. Revenue Optimization & Leakage Prevention
- Identify gaps in revenue streams, optimize billing cycles, and implement leakage prevention frameworks.
- Develop automated financial tracking for real-time revenue monitoring.
3. Strategic Financial Planning & Risk Mitigation
- Lead corporate finance strategy, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, and capital allocation.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full adherence to RBI, SEBI, FEMA, Ind-AS, IFRS, and other regulatory bodies.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with CEO, Board, investors, and cross-functional teams to drive financial growth and governance.

INDUSTRY & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 15-20+ years of progressive finance leadership roles.
- Industry: FinTech, Payments, BFSI, Digital Banking, NBFCs, or Large-Scale Financial Services Firms.
- Preferred Background: Current or former CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, or equivalent leadership role in a high-growth financial institution.
- Proven Track Record: Must have significantly contributed to financial growth, operational efficiency, and compliance excellence in previous organizations.
