M&A & Financial Modelling Analyst - Building Materials

We are currently looking for professionals with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions for one of our Naukri Assist Premium clients.

Our client is a well-established and reputed organization in the Building Materials industry. This opportunity offers exposure to strategic initiatives, including M&A, financial modelling, investment analysis, and business expansion projects while working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer.

Following are the Job Details-

Role : M&A and Financial Modelling Analyst

Reporting : Chief Strategy Officer

Mission : Bring financial rigor to every initiative - from organic projects to inorganic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build financial models for acquisitions, divestments, and JV evaluations.

- Support business case development for new capacity, expansion, and greenfield investments.

- Track post-merger performance metrics and synergy realization.

- Liaise with finance and treasury teams for valuation and capital allocation analysis.

Profile :

- 4-8 years' experience

- ideally CA / CFA / MBA Finance, with experience in IB, corp dev, or transaction advisory.

Output :

- Deal models

- NPV/IRR analysis

- Investment papers

- Sensitivity models for board notes
