Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Coding Operations Professional to join our team at Naukri Healthcare Jobs, with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in medical coding operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of medical coding activities.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of coding services.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in coding processes.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of coding accuracy.
Train and support junior coders to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical coding principles and regulations.
Experience with coding software and systems, such as Epic Systems or Cerner.

Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
