Internal Audit Associate - Financial Services

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our Internal Audit team, contributing to the assessment and improvement of financial controls within the organization.

What you will do: You will execute audit procedures, document findings, and communicate effectively with management to address identified risks.

Key responsibility:

• Perform financial statement audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Review and assess internal controls, identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements.
• Conduct operational audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with other audit team members to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in internal audit.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
