Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition cost.
- Create retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential property buyers and sellers.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rates, ROAS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with property launches, offers, and seasonal trends.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending for maximum ROI.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting for better conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Research competitor campaigns and stay updated on the latest real estate marketing trends.
- Work with content and design teams to produce engaging creatives, videos, and property ads.
