Junior Finance Operations Coordinator

About The Role
As the (Junior) Finance Operations Coordinator for Navans Hotel Invoice Collection Team, you will play a pivotal role in collecting and managing hotel invoices. You will be joining a dynamic and diverse team, driving internal processes forward to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
What Youll Do
In this role, your primary responsibility will be processing incoming hotel invoices. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reconciling incoming hotel invoices in our email inbox.
• Verifying incoming invoices and reconciling them with our travel bookings
• Entering incoming invoices into our travel booking system
  
• Completing daily data collection tasks promptly and accurately (e.g. extracting VAT breakdown data)
• Request missing hotel invoices directly from the hotels via email (and phone if necessary)
• Research hotel contact addresses

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented data collection specialist with a minimum of one year in the field Do you possess adaptability and excel at piecing together complex details

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical work with meticulous attention to detail.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
