Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to design and build enterprise-
• grade AI automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python
• development, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and AI agent frameworks. This role
• requires leading the technical implementation of scalable automation solutions while
• collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Lead the design and development of AI-driven automation workflows.
• ● Build scalable Python backend services (REST APIs, asynchronous processing,
• microservices).
• ● Design and implement workflow orchestration using Temporal (or similar workflow
• engines).
• ● Integrate Python services with C#/.NET, third-party platforms, and enterprise APIs.
• ● Develop AI Agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration
• patterns with AWS Platform
• ● Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT,
• SSO, RBAC).
• ● Design event-driven and stateful/stateless backend architectures.
• ● Develop integrations with databases, message queues, and cloud services.
• ● Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and documentation.
• ● Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.
