Technical Product Manager

We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.
We’re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and enhancement of our Business Intelligence (BI) product in the marine terminals space. As a Technical Product Manager for our BI product, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that empower our customers to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our BI product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the BI space.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.
• Knowledge of BI industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
