Are you a digital native with sharp instincts, a bias for action, and the hunger to learn at startup speed

We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and endlessly curious individual to join Nbyula. You will be our marketing engine on the groundrunning social media, launching ad campaigns, dissecting analytics, and helping us figure out what makes millions of people click, follow, and convert.

At Nbyula, we are building a managed global talent mobility marketplace to erase borders for millions. We need someone who can amplify that mission across every digital channel.

This is not a post and pray social media role. It is a high-impact, hands-on seat for someone who wants to understand the full marketing stack from Day 1from organic storytelling to paid performance, from community building to conversion funnels. The Mission

You will own the bridge between Nbyulas brand and the people it serves. Your mandate is to grow our digital presence, drive measurable results through paid and organic channels, and learn at a pace that most people never experience in the first five years of their career. Every post you publish, every campaign you launch, and every insight you uncover feeds directly into the companys growth trajectory.

What Youll Do

1. Social Media Ownership & Community Growth

You will be the voice of Nbyula across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This means planning content calendars, writing posts, engaging with our audience daily, and relentlessly experimenting to find what resonates.

  • Plan, create, and publish content across all social channels with a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to spot timely opportunities.
  • Track key social metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-throughs) and report weekly insights to the leadership team.

2. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns

You will get hands-on with paid advertising from day one. Under the guidance of the leadership team, you will set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and LinkedIn.
  • Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events to measure campaign performance accurately.
  • Monitor campaign dashboards daily, flag anomalies, and suggest optimisations based on data.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve ROI.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Insight Mining

Data is your compass. You will learn to read dashboards like a pilot reads instrumentsusing Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-native insights to understand whats working and what isnt.

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards across organic and paid channels.
  • Identify high-performing content themes, audience segments, and channels to double down on.
  • Support the leadership team with data-backed recommendations for budget allocation and content strategy.

4. Content Support & Creative Collaboration

While this is primarily a marketing and distribution role, great marketing starts with great content.

  • Write crisp ad copy, captions, and CTAs that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Brief designers on creative requirements for ads, social posts, and campaign assets.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy and analysing open/click rates.

You live and breathe social medianot just as a user, but as a student of what makes content perform. You understand the difference between how LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube work, and you can adapt tone, format, and strategy accordingly.

2. Analytically Curious (Not Allergic to Numbers)

You dont need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and the idea that every marketing decision should be backed by evidence. You enjoy figuring out why something worked, not just that it worked.

3. A Fast Learner with Entrepreneurial Energy

You may not have years of experience, and thats perfectly fine. What matters is your ability to pick things up fast, take initiative without waiting for instructions, and operate with the ownership mentality of a founder. You are excited by the idea of building something from scratch.

4. A Clear and Compelling Communicator

Whether its a 50-word caption or a 500-word email, you write with clarity and punch. You can take a complex idealike international talent mobilityand make it feel simple and exciting to a 22-year-old scrolling through their feed.

5. Resourceful and Self-Directed

You Google things before you ask. You watch tutorials, read documentation, and tinker with tools on your own. When something breaks, your first instinct is to figure it out, not to flag it and wait. You are a self-guided missile.

What Were Looking For

  • A recent graduate or someone with 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketingthrough coursework, certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.), personal projects, or internships.
  • Hands-on familiarity with at least one of: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any social media management tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A portfolio, social handle, blog, or any body of work that is clearly attributable to youwe trust evidence over claims.
