Youll be responsible for strategizing, scripting, and creating high-performing content for our Instagram and YouTube channels, bringing fresh ideas, clever storytelling, and smart use of AI tools to every campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute content strategies for Instagram and YouTube focused on growth and engagement
• Write and develop creative scripts for reels, shorts, and carousel posts that capture attention fast
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Use AI tools for content ideation, caption generation, analytics, and workflow optimization
• Edit and publish short-form videos and visuals that reflect a consistent brand voice and style
• Track social media analytics, monitor trends, and experiment with new content formats
• Engage with the community across platforms to build strong audience relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital storytelling
• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, formats, and content trends
• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills for short-form video and carousel content
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, & more
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, timing, and visual storytelling
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve strategy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing influencer campaigns
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization
• Ability to brainstorm and lead creative campaigns end-to-end
