Job Description

    As the L&D & OD Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating Learning & Development initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Induction Program, engaging employees through the E-learning platform, and supporting the Individual Development Plan (IDP). You will collaborate with managers and employees to implement structured learning, ideate creative training methods, and ensure timely updates of learning programs. Additionally, you will contribute to ideation & planning by developing and executing new initiatives to foster a strong learning culture.
    In the realm of Health & Wellness Initiatives, you will engage with wellness partners to drive meaningful programs and implement creative initiatives to enhance employee well-being. Your role will involve collaborating with internal inspirers to promote wellness campaigns, organizing and managing wellness drives, and maintaining accurate records related to wellness activities and employee engagement.
    Within Organizational Development, you will focus on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives that enhance employee morale and satisfaction. You will promote continuous learning through leadership training, mentorship programs, and skills enhancement workshops. Implementing policies and programs to support diversity and inclusion will be key, along with conducting research to stay updated on industry trends. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing initiatives such as team-building exercises, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms to boost engagement and motivation.

    Your role will also involve establishing transparent and efficient communication pathways to ensure clarity in organizational goals and expectations. You will develop various communications to promote initiatives and campaigns, building awareness within the Exchange. Proper record maintenance for all programs will be essential to track progress and success.
    To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and Organizational Development.
