- A Graduate / Post Graduate with over 25 years of experience in a Senior Management role from a decorative Paints industry.

:
Strategic:
- Plans and formulates strategies for Paints & Putties Division (Decorative Paints).
- Analyses operations to evaluate performance of the division and determines areas of potential cost reduction, process improvement, or policy change for the Division.

- Direct, plan, and implement policies of the division to ensure maximizing returns on investments.
- Oversees preparation of budget for the division and submits the same to the Top management for approval.
- Updates self and management about industry changes and developments.
- Contributes to strategy formulation for future growth and expansions of the Division.
- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services.
Operational:
- Benchmarks operational processes in the company with the 'best practices' in the industry and implements the latest practices.
- Facilitates implementation of operational excellence initiatives undertaken by the Organization.
- Oversees development of manuals for various departments ensuring consistency of work in line with Division's goals
- Implement corrective action plans whenever required to solve divisional or departmental problems
- Monitoring Budgets and variance analysis
People related:
- Responsible for human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans and selection of staff for departments of the division.
- Directs, controls, guides, coaches and develops the subordinates and staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard
- Carries out performance review / appraisal for the division
