Senior Recruiter - Non IT Recruitment

Role & Responsibilities:

• Involve in End to End recruitment NON IT Hiring; right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
• Call the candidates extensively and provide them with the job opportunity and close the job position accordingly.
• Utilize multiple techniques to source the candidates, preferably hands on experience on Job Portals.
• 
  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job
• Create, maintain and update Database as required.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment preferably from Staffing Industry / Building Material / Manufacturing industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
