Data Science Instructor:

NDMIT is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science Instructor to join our Kanpur branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Data Science concepts and the ability to train students through practical and industry-oriented sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on Data Science.
• Train students in Python, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, SQL, and Power BI.
• Guide students on real-time projects, assignments, and case studies.
• Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide feedback.
• Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and placement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science training or industry projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SQL, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing demonstrative experience with projects in Python and machine learning.

• ● Expert-level proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and model building.
• ● In-depth practical experience with common machine learning models, specifically: linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and random forests.
• ● Exceptional ability to design and lead hands-on projects that foster practical skill development.
• ● Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for explaining intricate technical details clearly.
• ● Proficiency in SQL for data querying and management. Preferred Qualifications:
• ● Familiarity with other Python libraries like Streamlit for building interactive data applications.
• ● Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• ● Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or chatbot development.
• ● Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training roles.
