Key Responsibilities

• 1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• 2. Generate high-quality leads and conversions while achieving target KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
• 3. Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to develop effective campaign strategies and improve performance.
• 4. Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on marketing investments across all campaigns.
• 5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other marketing tools.
• 6. Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights, presenting strategic recommendations to clients and management.
• 7. Create professional presentations, proposals, and digital marketing strategies for clients, students, and internal stakeholders.
• 8. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with clients, management, students, and team members.
• 9. Train, mentor, and guide interns and students on digital marketing concepts, tools, campaign management, and industry best practices.
• 10. Conduct workshops, practical sessions, and internship training programs on performance marketing, digital advertising, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• 11. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI tools, and industry innovations to drive continuous improvement and business growth
