Risk Management Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the risk management team, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various lending products.

What you will do: You will develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize losses and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and assess various types of risks (credit, market, operational).
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Conduct risk assessments of new lending products and services.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management across the organization.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the BFSI industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
