Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee key financial responsibilities including GST, TDS compliance, finalisation of accounts, and costing analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely TDS deductions, returns, and compliance
• Lead finalisation of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare and analyze costing reports to support business decisions
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Supervise junior accounting staff as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or cost-intensive industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and costing principles
• Experience with finalisation of accounts and working with auditors
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Must be willing to relocate and stay in company-provided accommodation
