Job Description
Key Responsibility
- Customer Deployment: Deploy, maintain and support of Needl.AI solutions on publiccloud platforms (preferably Azure Cloud) and on-prem set-up.
- Solution Design: Understand customer use-case and deploy cloud-based Needl.AIsolutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Utilize tools like Terraform, Docker,Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions to automate deployment and manage infrastructure
- Scalability & Optimization: Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the cloud infrastructure to support AI workloads at scale.
- Collaboration: Work with the engineering team, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth integration and deployment of cloud-based solutions.
- Customer Success: Provide ongoing support for customer deployments,troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Best Practices & Architecture: Implement best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring high-quality design, efficient performance, and good documentation for repeatable and scalable solutions.
- Minimum Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer with a proventrack record of working on cloud deployments.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms(preferably Azure), with an understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies.
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Automation & CI/CD: Experience in automating cloud infrastructure and workflows using GitHub Actions and Python scripts.
- Solution Design: Proven ability to design cloud solutions that meet customer needs, including experience with scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
