In This Role, Your Work Will Involve
Product Strategy & Vision
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term product strategy & roadmap aligned with company goals
- Work closely with Product lead and Founders to align product initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and understand pain points
- Define user personas and use cases for B2B enterprise scenarios
- Analyze market trends and industry developments, particularly in AI/ML space
- Drive product development by defining clear requirements and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers throughout the product lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
- Leverage data analytics and product metrics to drive decision-making
- Monitor user engagement and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement
- Partner with marketing and sales, customer success teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Drive successful product launches and adoption
- 3-5 years of professional experience with demonstrated Product Management experience
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and enterprise client relationship management
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Track record of successful end-to-end product execution with demonstrable business impact
- Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
