Associate Vice President - Product Leader

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Leader with 9+ years of experience in product management and a strong background in building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
The role will own product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and cross-functional product delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional product, engineering, design, and business teams to translate strategy into clear product requirements and solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product opportunities.
- Analyze complex customer use cases and product analytics to identify usability gaps and improve user experience.

- Define product experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in collaboration with design teams.
- Engage regularly with customers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted product advisor and incorporating feedback into product strategy.
- Lead the development and launch of new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Establish product priorities, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with engineering and technology teams to ensure effective execution and timely product delivery.
- Communicate product strategy, capabilities, and value propositions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in product adoption, customer satisfaction, usability, and business outcomes.
- Mentor product managers and build a strong product management culture across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 9+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong background in technical product management or software engineering.
- 6+ years of experience building and scaling global enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience managing web and mobile products across the product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, agile product development, discovery, and user experience.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to use product analytics, customer insights, and market research to drive product decisions.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and product usability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, transportation, or mobility technology is an advantage.
