We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UK Finance and Accounting Manager with strong exposure to

UK accounting standards and corporate finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing

financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic finance initiatives aligned with

UK regulatory requirements.

Location - India

Corporate Finance:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and MIS reporting for management.
• Assist in cash flow management, working capital analysis, and cost optimization.
• Support investment analysis, business cases, and financial modelling.
• Coordinate with senior management on strategic financial decisions.

Accounting & Compliance (UK):

• Prepare and maintain UK statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP / IFRS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle VAT returns, PAYE, CIS (if applicable), and HMRC filings.
• Ensure compliance with the UK Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and UK stakeholders.
• Practical experience with HMRC portals and statutory filings
• Manage Companies House filings (annual accounts, confirmation statements)

Reporting & Controls:

• Maintain general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Prepare and present management reports and dashboards.
• Support process improvements and automation in finance operations.

Payroll and Employment Compliance:

• Oversee UK payroll processing, including PAYE, NICs, and pensions
• Ensure RTI submissions and payroll reconciliations
• Coordinate with payroll providers where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / CIMA/ CMA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience in UK accounting and corporate finance.
• Good knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, and HMRC compliance.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables, MIS).
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and FP&A.
• Experience working with UK clients or UK-based entities.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), accounting software (Xero, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certification

• CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MBA (Finance)/ CMA preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK accounting and taxation regulations.
