Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The incumbent will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Core responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong ability to identify new markets, build relationships, and close deals
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written

    Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to forecast and identify trends
  • Basic understanding of energy conservation products and green technologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
