Job Description
- Role: Senior Manager IT - Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce
- Location: Dubai
- Acts as Bridge between the IT & Digital team and the Marketing, Sales and E-business teams as strategic business partner enabling the digital transformation.
- Leveraging input from local leaders and global IT teams the individual will drive the digital Marketing and Sales roadmap, prioritizing use cases that leverage digital capabilities to bring growth and competitive advantage
- Responsible for innovation for local markets needs and adoption of global solutions wherever possible , working with market stakeholders and the above market IT and functional teams to apply consistently.
- Responsible for change management and adoption (changes in ways of working, process integration)
- Lead enterprise-wide teams towards digital first culture change through presentation of relevant business recommendations eg library of business value success stories
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering/ Computer Science /Mathematics/Statistics)
- 10+ years' experience in IT with particular focus on Marketing Sales and E-business
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior executive leadership team members directly
- Experience leveraging analytical models to solve business problems with successful implementation and business value return
- Simplifying complex messages making them understandable to businesspeople
- Demonstrated business knowledge in FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in coordinating across teams
- Ability to communicate complex results and insights into technical and non-technical audiences leading to successful analytic collaboration
- Previous experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams leading to business value
