Title: Head of Talent Delivery Operations (VP / AVP level)

Reports to: CEO

Location: Bengaluru, India

You will lead NCG's central talent delivery engine across all skill Tracks and client Clusters. You own the full path from client requirement to client interview, lead the Track Leads and their teams, and are measured on speed, conversion and fill.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery engine. Own the operating model, Track structure and delivery stages: intake, match, screen, submit, feedback. Set and improve turnaround standards for each stage.
• Run talent as inventory. Keep our assessed talent pool ready: availability, notice period, pay expectations and intent. Forecast demand by Track and stock talent ahead of it.
• Own the demanddelivery contract. Agree SLAs with Clusters and Account Managers on intake quality, submission speed and client feedback turnaround. Hold both sides to them.
• Allocate scarce talent fairly. Set and enforce priority rules when several Clusters want the same candidates, based on deal value, strategic accounts, margin and SLAs.
• Run two lanes. An express lane matched from inventory within hours, and a specialist lane for niche and leadership roles.
• Get the most from Welocity. Work with the Welocity product and AI teams to use its AI assessment at every stage and feed client feedback back into matching.
• Lead and grow Track Leads. Hire, coach and hold Track Leads accountable for their funnel.
• Run on data. Own the delivery dashboard and a weekly operating review with leadership and Cluster heads.

Who we are looking for

Experience

• 15-20 years in IT talent acquisition, talent supply chain or workforce management, with at least 5 years leading multi-skill delivery at scale.
• Has run fulfilment for a workforce of 5,000+ or for multiple accounts at once, leading 15+ resource managers or recruiters through leads.
• Hands-on with demand forecasting, capacity planning, bench and internal fulfilment, and vendor management.
• Has centralised or transformed a fragmented hiring function before, and handled the stakeholder politics that come with it.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT skills (SAP, Data, AI, Cloud) deep enough to judge profile quality.
• Experience with AI interviewing or assessment tools is a strong plus.
