With a focus on contract-to-hire (C2H) positions, this role is crucial in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates.

• Description
• 2-6 years of experience in Jr , Sr / Lead IT talent acquisition, with a focus on contract-to-hire positions.
• Proven experience in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage candidate relationships effectively.
• Experience in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratios.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
• Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing in the ITES sector.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to attract high-quality IT talent for contract-to-hire positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, assessing, and coordinating interviews efficiently.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the offer stage.
• Conduct offer discussions, negotiations, and manage closures effectively.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and offer-to-join ratios to optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Drive employer branding and hiring campaigns to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
