About The Role
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-driven Vendor Program Manager to drive the growth of our emerging AI and digital learning portfolio, including AI Certs, N+, and Adoptify AI.
This is not a traditional vendor management role. The role sits at the intersection of:
- Product Growth
- GTM Strategy
- Vendor Ecosystems
- Marketplace Expansion
- Revenue Enablement
You will work closely with leadership, product, sales, marketing, operations, and strategic technology ecosystems including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, and other partner networks.

Product & Program Growth
- Own growth strategy and execution for AI Certs, N+, Adoptify AI, and other strategic initiatives
- Build and execute GTM programs aligned to AI, cloud, skilling, and adoption solutions
- Identify new market opportunities, use cases, and growth levers
- Create scalable customer adoption and retention programs
- Work with leadership on product positioning, messaging, and differentiation
- Manage strategic relationships across vendor ecosystems and partner networks
- Identify and drive opportunities related to:
- Marketplace expansion
- Co-sell motions
- Vendor-funded programs
- Strategic partnerships
- Subscription growth initiatives
- Coordinate vendor meetings, executive discussions, and joint business planning activities
- Support and scale marketplace-led growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve marketplace readiness and product adoption
- Track metrics related to:
- Revenue growth
- Product adoption
- Trials and conversions
- Pipeline generation
- Customer engagement
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives
- Create sales enablement assets including:
- Pitch decks
- Solution briefs
- Customer success stories
- Product positioning content
- Track and report revenue influence and business impact

- Build dashboards, reporting structures, and KPI tracking mechanisms for leadership visibility
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Continuously improve processes, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Product Management
- Product Growth
- GTM Strategy
- SaaS / Subscription-based products
- Vendor Programs or Strategic Partnerships
- Strong experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle and growth initiatives
- Hands-on experience driving:
- GTM campaigns
- Product adoption
- Revenue growth
- Subscription monetization
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, cloud, EdTech, or learning ecosystems preferred
- Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong ownership mindset
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Growth, GTM, or Strategic Program roles
