Senior Key Accounts Manager (India - North)

Experience - 5-8 Yrs

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India - Work from Office

Reports to: Regional Business Head

CTC 20-22L

Role Overview:

Netcore Cloud is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most strategic clients in North India. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic account planning, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver tailored AI-powered marketing technology solutions that drive measurable business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts, managing all client interactions to build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each clients business challenges, goals, and industry landscape to align Netcore Clouds solutions with their objectives.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to influence business outcomes positively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, delivery, support, and marketing to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional client experiences.
  • Lead regular business review meetings, track performance against KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account health metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to proactively address risks and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and multi-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business or related discipline; MBA in Sales and Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
