Uni Abex Alloy Products Limited (UAL), www.uniabex.com: Uni Abex Alloy Products Limited is a pioneer and leading manufacturer & exporter of Centrifugal and Static Castings in Heat, Corrosion and Wear Resistant Stainless-Steel Alloys. The company's plant is located in Dharwad, Karnataka.
General background: The ideal candidate is an engineering graduate with a post-graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing and 15 -20 years' experience including at least 10 years at a managerial level with responsibility for managing sales at the MENA regional level. The candidate should be from engineering, manufacturing industries and have dealt with Refinery relevant engineering, and consulting companies.
Areas of experience sought:

- Winning and Managing Key Accounts across Oil & Gas and Refinery business in MENA markets
- Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow-up
- Establish contacts at decision making levels at customer end
- Creating RFQ's, opening applications and winning large high value projects. Trace the line of hierarchy for particular project and manage the project winning process from end to end
- Attaining customer approvals for product in defined segment across MENA markets.
- Driving sales strategies for achieving sales targets with a view to optimize revenue.

- Creating sales channel including distribution channel for market
- Conducting market research and preparing business plans by tapping relevant markets
- Conducting market analysis to keep abreast of market trends and competition.
- International trade, logistics and customs management procedures
- Developing a business development plan - targeting high potential markets and customers
- Taking client briefs and communicating clearly to Engineering/manufacturing team
- Closing deals on new business
- Preparing business proposals including developing costing and doing research where necessary
Leadership: The candidate will need to show leadership ability to drive transformational cultural change to enable the business to be regionally competitive.
